What we are

Market Protection is not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, and we do not provide quotes or bind coverage. A licensed insurance agent, licensed in your state, talks your options through with you; they may be on our team or at a licensed insurance agency we provide your request to. Any coverage you obtain is issued by a licensed insurance carrier and subject to that carrier’s underwriting, terms, and approval. We are paid by the licensed agents and agencies that receive requests, or by a carrier when a policy is issued, and never by you. See our Disclosures.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation for your situation. Guides and articles are general information. Any recommendation you receive comes from the licensed agent you speak with, based on your full circumstances.

Illustrative figures only

The figure shown at the end of the questionnaire is an illustrative calculation based solely on the answers you provide. It is not a quote, a premium, an offer of insurance, a projection of performance, or a promise of eligibility. Actual availability, coverage amounts, crediting rates, caps, participation rates, fees, and pricing are determined by the carrier. Any reference to market history is for illustration, and past performance does not predict future results.

Contact consent

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted about insurance products by autodialed calls, calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice (including an AI-generated voice), or email from Market Protection and the licensed insurance agents and agencies it provides your request to, at the number and email you provided, even if that number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. Text messages are separate: we text you only if you tick the text-message box, which always starts unticked, and that consent is to texts from Market Protection only. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or telling the agent who contacts you. The exact consent language is shown on the form and stored with your submission.

Text message terms

• Program: Market Protection Alerts, operated by Market Protection.
• What you receive: follow-up about the coverage you asked us for, replies to questions you text us, and reminders for appointments you booked with us.
• How you join: by ticking the text-message box on our SMS opt-in page or in our questionnaire. The box always starts unticked.
• Frequency: message frequency varies; up to 8 messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further.
• For help: reply HELP, or email support@marketprotection.com, or call (352) 269-9258.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy of your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own, that the phone number you give is one you are entitled to consent for, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Availability

Products described are not available in all states, and eligibility varies. We may modify or discontinue this site at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
